Cristina Rever has been with Facilities & Safety since 2002. Over the past 15 years, she’s had the privilege of filling several HR positions at various levels in the department. While in college, she was hired as a Student Assistant. Today, she manages the Facilities & Safety HR Team. To Cristina, Facilities & Safety is “home”. She values the relationships she has built with her employees and takes pride in the growth and development of the department. A proud alum, she earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Management from UCF. In 2014, she participated in UCF’s Continuing Education Program and obtained her Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR) and HR Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Currently, Cristina serves as the main point of contact for Compensation & Classification. She oversees all functions in Payroll, Kronos Management, Talent Acquisition, Records Management, Leave of Absence, and Worker’s Compensation. In recent years, she’s been fortunate to gain exposure to Employee Relations, as well. She values the University’s mission and vision and looks forward to supporting Facilities & Safety for years to come.
