Farrah Torres has served as a functional HR Generalist since 2011. For over 5 years she has supported management and employees in various capacities. Her experience includes payroll services, records management, employment services, talent acquisition, leave of absence, workers’ compensation and most recently, ADA accommodations, and compensation.

Previously, Farrah held a Team Lead position with Universal Orlando, and a Communications Specialist II position with the Orlando Police Department. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Hawaii, Farrah’s background as an Army “Brat“ helps foster a cultural of awareness, tolerance, and resilience. She’s a firm believer that nothing is outside of her job description and embraces new challenges as learning and growing opportunities.

Farrah is a double alum from the University of Central Florida. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Management with a concentration in HR. Additionally, Farrah holds a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification in Human Resources.
