The Spot and Card Services Move to VPI Center

We are pleased to announce that The Spot and Card Services have relocated to the Visitor and Parking Information (VPI) Center at 4000 Central Florida Blvd (across from the Duke Energy Welcome Center).
With this move, the VPI Center has expanded its role to become the new VPI Service Center, offering a variety of campus services in one convenient location.
- Card Services: Drop by to get your official UCF Card! We issue cards for all students, employees, and campus affiliates.
- Parking Services: Our team can help with:
- Parking permits and visitor parking passes
- Directions and wayfinding
- Campus parking areas and maps
- Parking portal services, including daily permits, citation payments or appeals, and vehicle changes
- Shuttle information
- Passport and Travel Services: Conveniently apply for or renew your passport and access TSA PreCheck enrollment services.
- Shipping Services: Drop off and manage your shipments with campus FedEx shipping services.
Looking for Printing Services?
Printing services continue to be provided by the UCF Print Shop. Visit printing.ucf.edu for information and assistance. Printing services are not available at the VPI Service Center.

Hours of Operation
Card, Passport, Travel and Shipping Services: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday
Parking Services: 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday
Parking Alerts: Visit UCF Parking Services for parking updates and alerts.
